All of our whiskies are matured in once used bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years. We then secondarily ?nish our whiskies in a variety of other casks, including Single-Char casks, Double-Char casks, Oloroso Sherry casks, Rum casks, and Port casks. This uniquely ?nished blend results in a ?ne distillate that is both of robust character and a full smooth ?nish, a ?tting tribute to the Fighting 69th Regiment!
