Fidencio Mezcal was started by 4th generation Maestro Enrique Jiménez in 2007 & named in honor of his great grandfather. With a heritage spanning over 120 years, this artesinal mezcal embodies the classic spirit and deep seated traditions of the family’s lineage which continues in this family owned and run palenque. Award winning Fidencio Clásico Añejo was rested in oak barrels for 23 months. Crafted exclusively from 100% Espadín harvested from the Jiménez estate utilizing fully matured capón agave. Bottled at cask strength, this mezcal offers a rich and complex profile with layers of delicate smoke, caramel, vanilla and white pepper spice.
