Sourced from the vineyards of Santa Barbara County, grapes were whole cluster pressed; a portion was cold fermented in stainless steel to maintain natural fruit character and juicy acidity. The remainder was fermented in new and older French oak barrels, adding a touch of vanilla oak.This delightful Chardonnay offers a beautiful balance of elegant fruit and crisp acidity with just a touch of oak complexity.
