This wine is made of 100% Riesling. Pair it with Jägerschnitzel and some latkes dusted with red pepper flakes. This entry level Estate Riesling shows the drinker what Dönnhoff is all about. The grapes reflect two different terroir, weathered volcanic rock and clay, for sharpness of fruit and flavor and a strong mineral presence.
