This wine is made of 100% Melon de Bourgogne from a benchmark producer. A unique balance of flavor and concentration perfect for pan seared fish or home-shucked oysters…preferably drink around noon! This wine is crisp but textured and round due to aging on its lees, and is farmed biodynamically.
