Description

This wine is 40% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 15% Bourboulenc, and 15% Roussanne. A classic, genre defining wine from the Southern Rhone. Rich and textured with flavors of saline, oak, peach, apricot, pear, and green apple. This bottle was built to age, but will pear with pork, hard cheese, or salmon if thoroughly decanted.
