A borderline outstanding white, and a blend of 50% Roussanne, 40% Clairette and 10% Bourboulenc, the 2012 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc dishes out loads of apple, quince, toasted almond and hints of brioche to go with a medium-bodied, salty, yet juicy and fresh profile on the palate. It’s a delicious white geared for drinking over the coming year or two. Drink now-2015.
