Description
100% Cabernet Franc from Chinon in the Loire Valley. The wine is pressed immediately off the skins, made into a white wine, which is the only reason it falls out of the Chinon AOC. It still has the power of Chinon though, with brighter stone fruit flavors in the mix. Pair it with oven-baked chicken legs, and mushrooms cooked in a honey balsamic glaze.
