From an almost un-represented appellation within the Maconnais, this Chardonnay might surprise you. 40 year old vines give a beautiful, layered concentration of yellow peach, mango, and citrus with subtle salinity in the finish. Harvested by hand, 90% stainless steel vinification and all organic from vine to bottle, there’s so much to love and discover about this 32 hectare of Southern Burgundy. For pairing, we’d recommend a fresh summer salad or even just enjoying it with good friends before dinner.
