Abfüller Informationen
Moet & Chadon, 20 Av. de Champagne, 51200 Epernay, FR
Dom Pérignon 2013 from Moët & Chandon is an exceptional champagne that impresses with its unique characteristics and careful selection of grape varieties. This cuvée consists of 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 21% Meunier, giving
it remarkable balance and complexity.
The special feature of the 2013 vintage lies in the late harvest, which took place in October, a rarity that had not happened since 1991. This late harvest resulted in an extended ripening period of the grapes, which gives the champagne a deep and complex aroma. Dom Pérignon 2013 matured in the Moët & Chandon cellars for seven years and shows exceptional maturity and complexity.
The color of the Dom Pérignon 2013 is a light golden yellow with fine, persistent pearls. The bouquet is autumnal and complex, with notes of roasted chestnuts, buckwheat, rich nuts, honey and nougat. These aromas are complemented by white fruits such as floury apples and ripe pears as well as by hints of iodine, dried flowers and pine resin. On the palate, the champagne is direct and energetic, supported by a lively but delicate acidity and a finely polished structure. A pleasantly bitter note of white grapefruit completes the taste
experience.
