Visually, this forest-herb bitter shows a clear amber to light brown colour with golden highlights – refined and inviting in the glass. On the nose, the profile reveals distinctive herbal aromas: fresh mint, wormwood and centaury are prominent, complemented by alpine herbaceous and root notes. On the palate it impresses with a pleasantly bitter yet finely structured taste: the herbal bitterness is clearly present, supported by fresh mint and subtle root spice, while the finish remains refreshing and lingering.
