This Cabernet Sauvignon comes exclusively from our vineyard located at 1100 meters altitude. It reflects the original characteristics of the terroir, which gives it a great subtlety in its variety. The careful selection of the grapes, their cooling in cold storage, our gravitation process and the 14 months of maturation in French oak barrels give it elegance and structure at the same time. Deep ruby color, fresh and intense aromas of black fruits and a structured and voluptuous mouth, typical of this variety. It is delicate and sophisticated at the same time. Ideal to accompany game meats, spicy meats or simply a good selection of fine cheeses.
