The Demian IGT 2023 from Weingut Pranzegg is a unique rosé wine made from the autochthonous Lagrein grape variety. The name “Demian” is derived from the literary figure Hermann Hesse and reflects the complex and profound character of wine. This wine has a bright reddish orange color in the glass. On the nose, it develops a fascinating bouquet of strawberries and cherries, which is rounded off by a touch of almond scent. On the palate, Demian is fresh with a balanced acidity, with the almond note coming out again on the finish.
