Tonsur 2024 from Weingut Pranzegg is an exciting cuvée of 60% Müller-Thurgau, 20% Pinot Blanc, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Silvaner. This wine has a straw yellow color in the glass and gives off intense aromas of fresh fruit, seasoned with hints of spices and caramel, as well as mineral notes. On the palate, it is warm and soft, with an excellent acid structure and a persistent, balanced aftertaste.
