The white wine Gloria Dei is a cuvée made from Pinot Blanc,Sauvignon blanc and Riesling. These 3 grape varieties have been used in South Tyrol forcultivated for more than 100 years. In suitable positions, they produce in particularfruity, slightly aromatic white wines which, after a few years of maturation, produceDevelop your very own mineral note.

For this cuvée, every type isharvested individually and at the ideal time. The grape must is pressed andsedimented. The alcoholic fermentation is then initiated in steel tanks.In addition, a small percentage is aged in used wooden barrels. OnThis is followed by ageing in stainless steel/wood on fine yeast for 7 months.
