The Cuvée Rosé 448 s.l.m. 2025 from Girlan Winery is a South Tyrolean rosé crafted from a carefully balanced blend of Lagrein, Pinot Noir and Schiava (Vernatsch). Each variety contributes its own character, combining structure, elegance and freshness in a harmonious style. The designation 448 s.l.m. refers to the altitude of 448 metres above sea level, where the historic estate and winery are located in Girlan, highlighting the wine’s strong connection to its place of origin.Vinification focuses on clarity, freshness and balance, aiming to produce a precise, approachable rosé that clearly reflects the varietal profile. The ageing process is designed to preserve purity of fruit and the authentic expression of the grapes. In the glass, the wine shows a bright, pale rosé colour. On the nose, it is fresh and refined, with delicate aromas of red berries. On the palate, it is harmonious, lively and well-balanced, with clean fruit, refreshing acidity and a crisp, elegant finish.
