Description

This wine is made of 60% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella. Pair this with a savory pork ragu or mushroom tagliatelle with truffle oil. This wine is very floral with the pleasant astringency of a fresh strawberry, and delicate tannins. Fruit forward, dry and delicious. The winemaker Hannes Pichler is originally from Alto Adige, and moved to the Veneto to turn an abandoned cow pasture into beautiful expressions of Valpolicella, for you to enjoy.
