Description
This wine is made from 95% Merlot and 5% Malbec. Made by a husband and wife team who abandoned their jobs to make wine full time. They landed in Fronsac near Bordeaux for the property they wished to make wine from. They employ natural fermentation in temperature controlled tanks before aging their wine for 18 months in barrique. Pair this delicious aged treat with a hearty beef stew, or make it fancy with a homemade beef wellington.
