Description

This wine is made from 80% Tannat, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a deeply rich wine, with soft dark berry fruit jamminess and well-integrated tannins. A good balance of elegance and power. The grapes grow on steep pebbly slopes, off of which the sun reflects nicely, contributing to the ripeness of two fuller grape varieties. Give it a good decant, and pair it with roasted lamb chops or ground lamb burgers.
