Description

This wine is made from 60% Colombard and 40% Ugni Blanc. The grapes are cold stabilized for 6 days to preserve their aromatics and temper acidity. The wine is floral and dominated by softer stone fruits like white peach, and balanced with refreshing fruit and acidity on the palate. Enjoy it on its own or with friends at a picnic full of fresh fruits, cheese, cured meats, crackers, and plenty of sunlight. Or, pair it with the notoriously difficult food pairing of grilled asparagus.
