The grapes come from carefully selected, high-altitude vineyards between Tramin and Montagna, where cool nights and limestone soils bring freshness, tension and aromatic clarity.As a Riserva, the Troy undergoes an extended ageing process: following fermentation, it matures partly in small oak barrels and partly in stainless steel. This dual approach gives the wine both structure and finesse, achieving an exceptional balance between richness and freshness.In the glass, it shines a clear golden yellow.
