A protégé of Fabrice of Champagne Alexandre Filaine, this wine is truly remarkable. Delicious. An expressive bouquet where notes of white cherry and delicate flowers – lime and white peony – are supported by tangy and crunchy fruits such as the apple granny smith. Some exotic accents of mango are revealed, before evolving towards aromas of mirabelle and compoted pear. Pair with Carpaccio de Saint-Jacques with citrus fruits, supreme of poultry fine sauce with yellow wine, creamy soft cheese as a truffled shine-savarin.
