- Cooked in brick ovens
- Crushed with roller mill
- Fermented with distiller’s yeast in open-air steel tanks for 80–90 hours
- Distilled twice using traditional pot stills made from copper and steel
- Filtered with paper and charcoal before bottling
- Friendly yet expressive, balancing the high floral notes that Arandas is famous for, such as pink peppercorn and fresh sweet herbs, with delicate fruit and citrus zest
