• Peaches sourced from the slopes of the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne are macerated in neutral sugar beet distillate for 10–12 weeks in stainless steel vats at room temperature (extensive maceration extracts flavor from both the flesh and the pits)
• After decanting and filtering, crystalized sugar derived from sugar beets is slowly incorporated
• 18% ABV
