Description
This wine is made of 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio. Sourced from 90 year old vines on the north side of Sicily’s Mount Etna, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in large oak barrels for 20 months. Feudo di Mezzo is lively and aromatic with a palate of red and black fruits, and crushed gravel. We would have this with a baked goat cheese marinara dip and toasted bread, or venison burgers.
