This Crémant is light cherry in color with attractive, rich raspberry scents on the nose. Fresh and lively on the palate with subtle notes of red fruit and a delicate, regular sparkle, the Pinot noir develops the wine’s length. Perfect for an aperitif or with ‘pink’ meals such as smoked salmon or a shrimp salad. It will also accompany deserts or ice-cream with red fruit.
