Arunda sparkling wine cellar, Prof.-Josef-Schwarz-Straße 18, 39010 Mölten (BZ), IT
Brut DOP from Arunda is an exquisite sparkling wine that stands out due to its traditional production method, the “Metodo Classico”. This sparkling wine consists of a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc (Pinot Blanc) and 20% Pinot Noir. These grape varieties contribute to the complex aroma and structure of the wine.In the glass, the Brut DOP shows a bright, straw yellow to greenish color with a fine and long-lasting perlage. On the nose, it develops a rich bouquet that includes fruity notes of citrus fruits, green apples and subtle yeast aromas, complemented by hints of toast and nuts. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, with well-balanced acidity and an elegant, long-lasting finish.
