The special feature of this wine lies in the combination of traditional farming methods and modern winemaking. The grapes are picked and destemmed by hand, followed by 10 to 14-day maceration in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees in steel tanks for 12 months, giving it remarkable freshness and purity.
