Pinot Noir DOC 2023 from the Josmoar winery embodies quality, authenticity and tradition. Its ruby red coat fits gently into the glass and develops fruity scents of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, it delights with lightness, freshness and a pleasant tannin structure, accompanied by a distinctive berry aroma. With its delicate nature, this red wine is the perfect contrast between mushroom dishes, grilled meat and aged cheese.Helmut Tonner and his son Sebastian steer the fortunes of the Josmoar winery. The Josmoar vineyards are located at the foot of the Sonnenberg near Castelbello. The resborte for this red wine is the Pinot Noir grape variety of the same name, better known as Pinot Noir.
