Description

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir coming from the Central Coast of California. The ripe berry character and light tannic structure makes it a lovely pairing with goat cheese, pear, and herbed crackers. The vineyards providing these grapes have the largest day-to-night temperature swing the region, as well as being high elevation with mineral-rich soils.
