Made from 100% Brachetto Lungo grapes, grown in calcareous clay soils at 300 meters above sea level, this sparkling wine is fermented for 36 hours in stainless steel and undergoes secondary fermentation to 6 bars of pressure. With no added sugar, this aromatic wine is made in a limited 1000 case count annually. This new version of Birbet, now officially classified as a Vino Spumante di Qualita Tipologia Aromatica, shows all of the fruit and yet delights with a slightly less sweet profile than before. Pair with charcuterie or dessert.
