The Contratto Asti Spumante DOCG “De Miranda” 2022 is an elegant and finely fruity sparkling wine from Piedmont, produced by one of Italy’s most historic houses. Founded in the 19th century, Contratto stands for precision and quality-focused production in the heart of the Asti region.The wine is made from Moscato Bianco, a grape variety known for its intense aromatic profile and natural freshness. It is produced according to the traditional Asti method, with temperature-controlled fermentation in pressurised tanks, preserving the grape’s pure and vibrant aromas. The result is a moderately alcoholic sparkling wine with fine bubbles and lively freshness.In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, peach, muscat and ripe grapes. On the palate, it is harmonious, fruit-driven and pleasantly sweet, supported by fresh, well-integrated acidity. A classic Asti Spumante with balanced structure and refreshing character, ideal as an aperitif or paired with desserts.
