Our juniper-focused gin is designed to be of the London dry style from cereal grains of corn, milo and wheat. This spirit is then aged on the following botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, grains of paradise, cinnamon, dried orange peel, dried lemon peel, elderflower and cubeb berries. To finish, it’s blended to proof with pure Appalachian water.
