Historical Background:
Produced by the storied Tiffin-Franciscan Glass Company, the Antwerp pattern was launched during a time when American glassmakers were asserting themselves against European imports. Born from the Tiffin factory’s legacy—originally A. J. Beatty & Sons and later part of the United States Glass Company—the Antwerp pattern represents a pinnacle of mid-century stemware design. Tiffin’s glassmaking journey spans decades, from its origins in 1889 to its eventual closure in 1980 under Towle Silversmiths, leaving behind collectible heirlooms such as these.
Collector’s Notes:

Ideal for Champagne or elegant desserts, these glasses offer a rare glimpse into America’s golden age of handmade crystal. Sought after by collectors and entertainers alike, this set is a piece of glassware history brought beautifully into the present.
