After years of managing a craft spirits and beer bar in Denver, Wes deepened his craft through distilling rum in Florida, apprenticing in gin, vodka, and whiskey in South Carolina, and working at Mobb Mountain Distillers. Returning home to Colorado, he now carries forward his ancestors’ legacy with an independent distillery rooted in passion, tradition, and innovation.
