- Distilled in historical copper pot stills from the 19th century
- Rested 2 months in French Limousin pipon casks (23,000 L)
- Aromas of subtle butterscotch, fresh brick powder, light resin, and green pea shoots; the palate explodes with sweet roasted carrot, raspberry sherbet, soft baking spices, wet tile, faint orange rind, honeydew, and a finish of crème brûlée and golden beets
