- Prominent aromas of mesquite, burnt marshmallow, and lemon zest are bolstered on the palate by dried oregano, star anise, menthol, dried cherry, grilled pineapple, peanut shell, and fresh seaweed

Delving even deeper into the roots of tequila’s early production, Amatiteña ‘Origen’ offers an example of their historical, estate-grown tequila at a notably higher (and more traditional) ABV than their core blanco, leaping up from a sturdy 42% to a racy 49%.
