This wine, like all Sancerre Blanc, is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We love this particular single vineyard bottling paired with grilled swordfish or spicy roasted chicken. Alphonse Mellot is just about the longest single producing family of Sancerre stretching back over 500 years (and 19 generations!). Bottoms up!
