Abfüller Informationen
André Robert, 15 rue de l’Orme, 51190 Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, FR
André Robert’s Alliances Brut N°18 is an exquisite champagne from the renowned Champagne region, more specifically from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a Grand Cru village on the Côte des Blancs. The André Robert winery is run by Claire Robert and her husband Jean-Baptiste and stands for high-quality, sustainable
winemaking practices.
This champagne consists of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Pinot Meunier gives the wine fruitiness and freshness, Chardonnay brings elegance and finesse, while Pinot Noir adds structure and depth.
The Alliances Brut N°18 shows a bright golden color with vivid, persistent bubbles. The scent unfolds aromas of ripe yellow fruit, accompanied by subtly roasted notes and a hint of almonds. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with an elegant and harmonious ripeness that ends in a touch of candied citrus fruit.
The special feature of this wine lies in the careful selection of grapes from 68 different plots and the use of over 40% reserve wines, which give champagne additional complexity and depth. The soil in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger consists primarily of chalk, which provides excellent drainage and ideal growing conditions for the vines.
