Description
Brewed using local Iwate sake rice called Ginginga and Iwate yeast, this junmai is juicy and brimming with umami. A medley of peach, strawberry and grapefruit notes adds a slight sweetness, the umami and lingering acidity in the finish will keep you coming back for more.
Pairs well with heavier foods like roast duck, beef stews, marinated pork, and yakitori.
