On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, broad and textural, with comparatively low acidity but a certain succulence and energy that?remarkably?Coche?s 2003s didn?t show a few years ago. This Corton-Charlemagne?s atypical richness and textural extravagance makes it especially interesting to pair with richer dishes.
