The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Hershey Vineyard is rich, seamless and voluptuous. Dark red fruit, mocha, espresso, licorice and spices are some of the notes that flow towards the textured, creamy finish. The Hershey is fermented in French oak barrels, which give the wine much of its shape. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2029.
