Description

Dry scents of worn leather and Brussels sprouts dominate the first inhalations; aeration stimulates added aromas of green pepper, uncooked asparagus and vegetable oil. The palate entry is firm, moderately oily and dry; by mid palate there’s a flavor expansion that features nuances of black pepper and chalk.
