The Villa Laviosa Grappa Zirbelkiefer 40° – 0.2 l is a unique specialty from South Tyrol. For its production, young shoots of the Zirbelkiefer, which grow at altitudes over 1,800 meters, are macerated in cold, young grappa. After a 45-day infusion, the grappa acquires a light reddish hue and a unique, resinous and spicy flavor. This grappa is distinguished by its aromatic freshness and the mild yet distinctive notes of the Zirbelkiefer. Ideal as a digestif or for pure enjoyment.
