Description
This incredible wine is made from 40% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carignan. The domaine is ran by Cyriaque Rozier, famous winemaker of Château la Roque. The land is worked completely by hand, and Cyriaque opts for natural fermentations in his wines. This bottling spends most of its time in stainless steel tank, with a small fraction of wine being aged in barrel. This is delicious, and will pair nicely with easygoing grilled meats, vegetables, or stews.
