The Ninte de Ninte Colline del Genovesato IGT 2021 from La Ricolla is an outstanding white wine made exclusively from the autochthonous Bianchetta Genovese grape variety. This grape variety is known for its fresh acidity and delicate aromas of citrus

and white flowers.

The Ninte de Ninte shows a bright straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose, it develops a complex bouquet of citrus fruits, white flowers and a touch of herbs. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and a medium body. The fruity and floral notes are complemented by a subtle minerality typical of the Liguria region. The aftertaste is long-lasting

and elegant.

The special feature of this wine lies in its natural production without the use of chemical additives. La Ricolla uses biodynamic farming methods and uses terracotta amphoras for maturation, which gives the

wine additional complexity and depth.
