La Clandestine Absinthe
The origins of absinthe can be traced back to the 18th century when pioneers began distilling the famous spirit in the small village of Couvet in Switzerland. The area and its terroir are perfect for growing the numerous plants used in its distillation, especially grande wormwood ― a key ingredient.
