With body and structure, GINÉ GINÉ is sweet and fresh, the acidity integrated, with the mineral tactile sensation characteristic of Priorat wines, and a hint of aromatic herbs such as eucalyptus and spices such as pepper. Structured, persistent, full, voluptuous and long wine. Very combinable with red meat and in general, with foods with a high protein content. Also with certain cured cheeses and foie gras. Most recommended ways of cooking: stews, stews and confits. Also with sauces with a bitter touch (orange, bitter almonds, dark chocolate,…).

The 2021 Gine Gine is a 50-50% blend of Garnatxa and Carinena from Priorat. This garnet wine unfolds ripe cherry and pomegranate notes, with a faint hint of undergrowth. Dry and rich, the compact palate offers a talc-like texture and a lasting fruit finish. It’s a straightforward, flavorful Priorat.
