This Whiskey in this bottling was racked first into lightly toasted, uncharred oak barrels and then transferred to and finished in used Port barrels. This process contributes uniquely new flavors, aromas, and color to this whiskey, a balanced complexity that builds on Old Potrero’s traditional heritage.
