The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is already starting to tire despite being less than two years old. This loses some of its youthful enthusiasm and shows some early signs of development in its flavor profile with some almondy/lanolin notes emerging on the nose. The palate features modest concentration of tropical fruit akin to mango and a note of asparagus. This has a short finish. Drink it soon.
